Apple cake with Spread Goji berry-Apple & Agave syrop
We make a mixture with:
Mix them all together and add:
Mix gently with a spoon, until all the ingredients are mixed. Pour into an oiled pan and lightly press the ingredients to become a homogeneous layer. Spread the apple-cinnamon spread of GOJI SPIRIT on top. Arrange the apples on top, sprinkle with a little more apple-cinnamon spread, with the walnuts, raisins and Goji berries.
Bake at 180 C for about half an hour. Served hot as well as cold.
- 1 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp. flour (or mixture with oat flour)
- 1 cup sugar (or brown sugar or agave)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp. baking soda
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp. nutmeg

- 6 tbsp. sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup raisins soaked in a drink (or a mixture of raisins and goji berries, soaked in rum or any liqueur you prefer),
- 1/2 cup grated walnuts

- 4-5 apples (sliced)
- the juice of a lemon with which we sprinkle the apples so that they do not turn black.
